What constitutes a reason to hate someone? Is it ever acceptable to use such a strong word? If someone has spent your whole life beating you down and showing you that you are nothing is that reason enough? If that person was mentally, physically, and emotionally abusive to you for 15 years does that give you that right to use that powerful 4 letter word?
Is it wrong to hate?
Without hate is there love?

You would be amazed how much silence can hurt. I am 21 years old and if you asked me I would tell you every time that I don't need anyone else. Which is a definite truth. But that doesn't mean that I wouldn't like to have people around me.Which is why it hurts so much when the people I love show me time and time again that I am not their priority. I give everything I have to a few choice people and don't ask for too much in return. Mainly what I ask for is their time. Whether it's a breakfast that you cancel or an email that never gets returned it hurts. Every time I reach out to them and they turn their back to me it's like a carefully placed cut on my self worth. The people you love are supposed to make you feel like you are special, like you can do no wrong, like you matter.
So what is wrong with the people I love?
So what is wrong with the people I love?
